1.1. These rules for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") are a legal document binding on the parties, which determine the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions for the purchase and payment of goods, the procedure for the delivery and return of goods, the responsibilities of the parties and others related to the purchase - sale of goods in the online store related provisions.
1.2. All legal and natural persons who have reached the age of majority, whose capacity is not restricted by court order, and minors between the ages of 14 and 18, who have the consent of their parents or guardians, can buy in the online store, except in cases where they dispose of their income independently.
1.3. By submitting an order, the buyer confirms that he agrees with the described rules for purchasing goods and has the right to purchase goods by e-mail according to point. 1.2. in the store.

2.1. When ordering goods in the online store, the buyer must provide the data requested during registration.
2.2. The buyer is responsible for providing correct data during registration.
2.3. By placing an order, the buyer agrees that the personal data provided by him will be processed for the purposes of order control and performance analysis. The Buyer also agrees that the e-mail specified by the Buyer e-mail address or phone number would be sent informational messages necessary to fulfill the order of goods.
2.4. The buyer, registering by e-mail in the store and when ordering goods, undertakes to store and not disclose login data to anyone.
2.5. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except in the cases provided by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.


3.1. The buyer has the right to buy goods in the online store

3.4. If the Buyer's data, provided in the registration form, changes, the Buyer must update them immediately.

3.6. By placing an order in the online store, the buyer agrees to these Purchase and Sale Rules and undertakes to comply with them and not to violate the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.


4.1. The Seller undertakes to create all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the online store

4.2. If the Buyer tries to harm the stability and security of the online store or violates his obligations, the Seller has the right to limit, suspend or cancel the Buyer's access to the online store immediately and without warning.

4.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's privacy right to the Buyer's personal information specified in the registration form and will not transfer it to third parties.

4.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer.


5.1. All the data of the goods sold in the online store are indicated in the product description attached to each product.

5.2. The seller undertakes to prepare and send the goods to the buyer within 1-6 working days after receiving the payment (we deliver the goods using postal machines).

5.3. All items not listed under warranty in the category or description are covered by a 30-day warranty. quality guarantee from the date of purchase of this product.

5.4. The seller is not responsible if the color, shape or other parameters of the goods in the store do not correspond to the real size, shape and colors of the goods due to the characteristics of the display used by the Buyer.


6.1. After visiting the online store, the buyer chooses the products he likes and puts them in the shopping cart. After creating the shopping cart, the Buyer enters the personal data necessary to fulfill the order: his name, surname, address where the goods will be delivered, telephone number and additional information that may be important for the delivery of the ordered goods. The buyer confirms that he has familiarized himself with these rules and confirms the order.

6.2. Payment can be made using electronic banking services of Swed, Seb, Luminor banks, as well as Visa/MasterCard payment cards. Settlements are possible in euro currency. Payments are processed using the payment platform.


7.1. The seller can organize various promotions and offers in the online store

7.2. The seller has the right unilaterally, without separate notice, to change the conditions of the shares, as well as to cancel them. Any change or cancellation of the terms and conditions of the shares shall be effective from the moment of their change or cancellation.

7.3. The Seller sends all messages using the means of communication specified in the Buyer's registration form.

7.4. The Buyer sends all messages and questions to the Seller's e-mail. by phone and e-mail specified in the "Contacts" section of the store. email addresses.

7.5. The seller is not responsible if the buyer does not receive information or confirmation messages sent due to internet connection, e-mail service provider network failures or incorrect data specified by the buyer.


8.1. These Rules for the purchase and sale of goods are drawn up in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

8.2. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
